Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.svitchnutraceuticals.com (the “Website”), operated by Svitch Nutraceuticals. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of our products

Svitch Nutraceuticals sells consumable dietary supplements and energy products meant for human consumption. For reasons of health, safety, and hygiene, opened, used, partially consumed, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility, except where the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect as described below.

2. When you can request a return or replacement

We accept return/replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product.
  • You received a defective or expired product.
  • You received the wrong product or flavour compared to what you ordered.
  • Your order arrived with missing items.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, sealed (where applicable), and in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

3. Time window to raise a request

You must report any of the above issues within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

4. How to raise a request

Email us at support@svitchnutraceuticals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging (including the batch/expiry label)

Our team will review and respond within1-2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, or your claim is otherwise approved, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet used at checkout).

  • Refunds are typically initiated within 3 business days of approval.
  • After Razorpay processes the refund, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacements

Where you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will ship a fresh unit at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

7. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@svitchnutraceuticals.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Approved cancellation refunds are processed via Razorpay as described in Section 5.

8. Non-returnable situations

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery
  • Products without original packaging, labels, or proof of purchase
  • Requests raised after the time window in Section 3
