This Shipping Policy explains how Svitch Nutraceuticals processes and delivers orders placed on www.svitchnutraceuticals.com.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
2. Shipping coverage
We currently ship across Gujarat, India.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 4–8 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, location, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number and link by email/SMS. Please allow some time for tracking details to become active after dispatch.
6. Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur during high-demand periods, due to courier disruptions, or because of events beyond our control (force majeure). We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Re-shipping due to an incorrect address provided by you may incur additional charges.
8. Failed delivery / undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. repeated failed attempts, refusal, or unreachable recipient), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
9. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within the stated time window with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
